Yantrim is a smart home security, automation, agriculture technology, and robotics company operating across India. We provide products and installation services including CCTV surveillance systems, smart door locks, smart alarm systems, motion sensors, smart irrigation, crop monitoring, drone automation, and home robots.

3. Services and Quotes

All quotes provided by Yantrim are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, product availability, and the scope of installation required. A confirmed quote will be provided in writing before any work commences.

Yantrim reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion. We do not guarantee availability of specific products or installation slots.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Yantrim reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment terms will be specified in your confirmed quote or service agreement. Yantrim may require a deposit before commencing installation work. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Installation and Delivery

Installation dates and times are subject to availability and will be confirmed with you in advance. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Any delays caused by restricted access, incomplete site preparation, or third-party factors are not the responsibility of Yantrim.

For product-only orders, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Yantrim is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty and Defects

Products supplied by Yantrim are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Yantrim's installation workmanship is warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the defect.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a service booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

Refunds for products will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Yantrim does not accept returns for products that have been installed or used. Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yantrim website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yantrim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yantrim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or property damage.

Yantrim's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
