How long does installation take?
A 1BHK usually takes 3–5 hours, a 2BHK 5–8 hours and a 3BHK 6–10 hours. Independent houses and villas can take one to two days.
Can I watch my cameras and get alerts on my phone?
Yes. The cameras, alarm and sensors we install connect to a mobile app, so you can watch live and recorded footage, arm or disarm the alarm and receive alerts from anywhere.
Is the home assessment really free?
Yes. A consultant visits, assesses your home and recommends a system at no cost, and you receive an itemised quote before deciding anything.
What support do I get after installation?
Many issues can be fixed remotely through the app. For hardware problems our technicians visit on site, annual maintenance contracts cover regular check-ups and firmware updates, and you can add cameras or sensors later as your needs grow.
